PopKup operates as an influencer-based e-commerce marketplace connecting brand owners (sellers) with influencers (including dropshippers).

This Fulfillment & Shipping Policy governs how products sold on PopKup are delivered, the responsibilities of each party, and the platform’s role in supporting the process.
2. Scope
Applies to all orders processed through the PopKup platform using the ShipBubble shipping aggregator.
3. Responsibilities
Brand Owners:
- Ensure accurate product listing information, including availability, shipping times, and specifications
- Pack products securely to prevent damage
- Prepare shipments promptly for collection by ShipBubble
- Respond promptly to any platform inquiries regarding fulfillment
PopKup:
- Provides platform tools for order management and integration with ShipBubble
- Facilitates communication between Customers and Brand Owners
- Supports dispute resolution if fulfillment issues arise
- Monitors fulfillment performance for platform compliance
ShipBubble:
- Manages shipment pickup, tracking, and delivery to Customers
- Provides automated tracking updates to PopKup and Customers
Customers:
- Provide accurate delivery addresses
- Receive delivery within the standard timeframe of 3–5 working days
- Report any delivery issues within 7 days of the date of delivery
4. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- All orders are delivered through ShipBubble within 3–5 working days
- Brand Owners must hand over products promptly for shipment
- PopKup may enforce adherence to shipment timelines to protect customers
5. Tracking & Notifications
- ShipBubble provides tracking numbers automatically
- PopKup displays order status and tracking information to Customers
- Customers cannot arrange for pickup; delivery is fully handled by ShipBubble
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- PopKup monitors shipments and alerts Brand Owners to delays
- Customers may report non-delivery within 7 days after the expected delivery date
- PopKup may mediate or trigger refund mechanisms if ShipBubble or the Brand Owner fails to fulfill
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery
- Brand Owners are responsible for replacing or correcting any errors
- PopKup may temporarily hold funds to ensure resolution
8. Returns for Fulfillment Issues
- Returns due to Brand Owner error (wrong item, damaged product) are coordinated via ShipBubble at Brand Owner expense
- PopKup facilitates the process to ensure timely resolution
9. Monitoring & Enforcement
- PopKup tracks fulfillment metrics such as on-time shipment rate, order accuracy, and customer complaints
- Brand Owners consistently failing fulfillment standards may face warnings, suspension, or delisting
10. Amendments
PopKup reserves the right to update fulfillment policies at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
